WEEE (Recast) Directive
Directive 2012/19/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2012 on waste electrical and electronic equipment

Description

The WEEE (Recast) Directive is a recast of the repealed directive (Directive 2002/96/EC). Its scope has been extended to all EEE with the exception of the explicitly mentioned exclusions in the WEEE Recast.
