ACT Suriname is committed to the protection of the Amazon rainforest through participation and years of collaboration with local indigenous peoples in southern Suriname. The mission of ACT Suriname is to work in partnership with indigenous and Maroon communities to protect and preserve biodiversity, their culture and traditional health within the borders of Suriname.
